My name is Jack Bullard :) I’m an illustrator and animator who graduated from Pratt Institute in 2024 with a BFA in Communications Design. Originally from a small, heavily wooded town in Virginia, I grew up playing in the forest, always fixated on the next unturned stone. I found the idea that there was something out there to greet me as I explored incredibly exciting and endlessly motivating. This same impulse is what drives me to pursue new territory creatively every day and what led me to pursuing my creativity as a career. My work is mostly 3d with a variety of mixed media like clay, photo, and drawing also incorporated. It’s very important to me to infuse everything I make with a sense of humor and love in order to fight the encroachment of cynicism.
I’m interested in pulling up the floorboards and shining a flashlight in the face of the thing that rumbles below our house every night.
I work mostly in Blender 3d and the Adobe suite.
Gummy worms are my favorite.
